Job Description

BuyBuzz Infra is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads and communicate with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into site visits and sales.

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with potential buyers.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team business goals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.

• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Stay updated about ongoing real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making calls and following up with customers.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
