Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, site visits.
Conduct property presentations and explain investment opportunities to clients
Maintain follow-up with potential clients and close sales deals
Attend and organize client meetings, property tours, and promotional events
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Update client data in CRM system regularly
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Passion for sales and marketing
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Graduate/Intermediate (Any discipline)
Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)
