Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of real estate sales executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Drive property sales by developing effective strategies and motivating the team to meet daily and monthly KPIs.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to maintain high performance levels.

• Handle client escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to identify new opportunities.

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives.

• Track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM and other tools.

• Attend site visits and meet clients when required to support the team and close deals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
