Job Summary :

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and organized Female Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, manage CRM/data records, and support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle inquiries from potential buyers, make follow-up calls, and explain project details to prospective clients.

- Data Manage : Maintain and update customer records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or Excel.

• Client Coordination: Schedule site visits, share project details via WhatsApp/email, and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

• Follow-ups:Regular follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads and convert them into site visits or sales meetings.

• Market Research: Assist in researching competitor projects and tracking trends in real estate marketing.

• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and call performance.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).

• Basic knowledge of real estate sector preferred (not mandatory).

• Comfortable with phone conversations and online research.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
