Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and provide complete details about Bhumi Group’s projects.
Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and highlight key project features.
Negotiate terms and close property sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and manage the CRM database.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
