Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate (Plotting Sales)

Location: Karkardooma & Vaishali | Industry: Real Estate | Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. You will be responsible for calling prospective buyers, generating interest in our residential plotting projects in Ghaziabad, and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads/databases

Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, and payment plans clearly

Follow up consistently with interested leads to drive conversions

Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team

Maintain and update CRM records with call logs and lead status

Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion goals

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate or plotting projects

Good communication skills in Hindi (English a plus)

Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly phone manner

Basic computer knowledge for CRM/lead management

Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude
