We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Actively seek out and engage customer prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understand client needs and provide appropriate property options
Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers/tenants
Negotiate and close real estate transactions
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure seamless deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on properties and investment opportunities
Follow up with leads and maintain records using CRM tools
Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
