Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
Understand customer requirements and explain project/product details
Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion stage
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
