We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding their property needs, and driving them through the complete sales journey — from first call to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Defining the Project: Clearly communicate project details, amenities, pricing, and USPs to potential customers.

Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with leads to assess their requirements, budget, and preferences.

Fixing Meetings: Schedule in-office or virtual meetings with interested clients for detailed consultations.

Coordinating Site Visits: Organize and follow up on property site visits to showcase options in person.

Telecalling & Lead Conversion: Reach out to warm leads, build rapport, and convert inquiries into prospects.

Negotiation: Assist in price negotiations, payment plans, and resolving client queries professionally.

Closure & Documentation: Ensure timely booking, payment follow-ups, and documentation closure.

Strong communication and persuasive skills.

Experience in real estate or telesales preferred.

Ability to work with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.

Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
