Key Responsibilities
1. Booking to Agreement Process
Handle all post-booking formalities from booking confirmation to agreement execution
Coordinate with customers for KYC documentation and agreement signing
Ensure timely preparation and execution of Sale Agreement
2. Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
Maintain proper documentation records as per legal and company requirements
Coordinate with legal team for agreement drafts and approvals
3. Payment Follow-ups
Track payment schedules as per agreement terms
Follow up with customers for timely collections
Coordinate with accounts team for receipts and payment updates
4. CRM & Data Management
Update all customer details, payment status, and milestones in CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Generate reports on collections, agreements, and pending cases
5. Customer Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact for customers post booking
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
6. Registration Coordination
Coordinate with customers for property registration
Schedule registration dates and ensure document readiness
Liaise with legal and registration authorities
7. Handover Support
Coordinate with project and operations team for unit handover
Ensure all dues are cleared before possession
Assist customers during possession and documentation
Required Skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of real estate documentation & agreement process
Good coordination and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
