Key Responsibilities
Handle property sales from lead generation to deal closure.
Generate and follow up with leads through calls and other sources.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in lead generation and client follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is an advantage.
Comfortable with calling and client meetings.
