Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Identify, acquire, and nurture client relationships, providing expert advice on buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Sales & Negotiation: Generate leads, conduct property viewings, present solutions, and negotiate sales agreements to close deals
Market Expertise: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, competitor activities, and legal regulations.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Documentation & Coordination: Prepare necessary paperwork, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal) and external stakeholders for smooth processes.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is DEGREE Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Strong negotiation and communication skills.
