​We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Closing Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in converting leads and closing high-value deals.​Key Responsibilities​Deal Conversion: Successfully closing sales with walk-in clients and following up on high-intent leads.​Negotiation: Managing price discussions and closing formalities to meet monthly targets.​Lead Management: Transitioning cold-called prospects into confirmed bookings.​Reporting: Maintaining daily reports on client interactions and conversion ratios.​Requirements​Gender Preference: Female.​Experience: Previous experience in Sales/Cold Calling is mandatory.​Background: Candidates from Real Estate or Insurance sectors are preferred.​Skills: Strong communication, convincing power, and a "never-give-up" attitude.​Compensation & Schedule​Annual CTC: ₹4,20,000/- per annum.​Weekday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.​Weekend Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or as per client visit requirements).​Weekly Off: Fixed Monday off.​Why Kharghar?​Kharghar is a booming real estate hub with high footfall.
