We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving team performance, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic growth.
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise, support, and coach a team of real estate agents, coordinators, or property managers.
Set clear performance targets and regularly monitor individual and team KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
Business Operations
Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient workflow, quality client service, and timely deal closures.
Coordinate with internal departments including legal, marketing, and finance.
Manage property listings, documentation, and contract compliance.
Sales & Client Management
Drive sales goals through team motivation and performance tracking.
Handle high-level client negotiations and conflict resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and developers.
Strategic Contribution
Assist senior management in planning and executing growth strategies.
Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales, leasing, property management, and relevant laws/regulations.
Proven experience in managing mid-sized teams (10–15 people).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
