Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Surveyor with a background in BBA or Civil Engineering and 2–3 years of experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and be willing to travel across Bangalore to identify and track upcoming and ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify new, upcoming, and under-construction projects in Bangalore

• Maintain a professional outlook and build strong networks with developers, contractors, and site engineers

• Gather and analyze project information, competitor data, and market trends

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of field surveys and project updates

• Coordinate with the business development and sales team to share timely project leads

• Maintain a database of construction sites with relevant contact and project details

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: BBA / B.E. (Civil) or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the construction or real estate industry

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Presentable and professional appearance

• Other Requirements:

  • Must own a Bike or Car (travel is a key part of the role)

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

  • Good knowledge of Bangalore’s geography and construction sector

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
