Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Checker for our Sarees & Suits manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for T+0 quality control from grey fabric to final packing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – SAREE & SUITS QC

1. Fabric Checking: Check grey/dyed saree for shade, width, GSM, holes, stains, weaving defects under D65 light box

2. Finishing QC: Check fall, pico, border joint, tassel, ironing quality. 100% check before packing

3. Shade Continuity: Open 1st, middle, last than of dyed lot. Match with approved lab dip. Reject if shade vary

4. Measurement: Check saree length 5.5m min, width 44-48 inch as per order. Short saree = Reject

5. Packing QC: Audit 10% packed cartons. Barcode, MRP, folding, poly seal, carton marking check

6. Stitching QC: Check broken stitch, puckering, label attach, thread trimming, neck shape, sleeve joint

7. Print/Emb QC: Motif placement, color matching, thread shade, zari quality. Rejection if design mismatch

8. Final Audit: 5% AQL 2.5 before dispatch. Fill audit report + Click photos of defects

9. Production Release: Sign “OK for Cutting” only after sealed sample + trim card approved
