Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to monitor customer interactions, evaluate call quality, identify process gaps, and ensure adherence to company quality standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer calls and interactions.

• Conduct quality audits of sales and advisory calls.

• Evaluate calls based on defined quality parameters.

• Identify communication, process, and compliance gaps.

• Provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Track recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

• Maintain accurate quality audit records and documentation.

• Support training and improvement initiatives based on quality findings.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and observation skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to identify errors and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in Quality/QA, Telecalling, Sales, Financial Services, or Stock Market Advisory will be preferred.

Salary

Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experienced: Salary as per experience, skills & interview performance.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
