We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our team Invesia Research Pvt Ltd, to monitor, validate, and improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of stock market and financial data across multiple systems and sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and data management principles, combined with analytical and technical expertise.
We are seeking a Call Audit Analyst to review, evaluate, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of client interactions handled by brokers, dealers, and customer service representatives. The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.), and identifying areas of improvement in communication and client servicing.
Call Monitoring & Evaluation
Listen to recorded inbound/outbound calls between trading representatives and clients.
Evaluate calls based on predefined quality parameters—accuracy of information, compliance adherence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that client orders, investment advice, and market-related discussions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Identify potential breaches of trading or communication guidelines.
Flag any misrepresentation of financial products or unauthorized advisory activity.
Prepare compliance reports and escalate critical issues to management or compliance officers.
Feedback & Training Support
Provide constructive feedback to dealers and service teams based on audit findings.
Collaborate with the training department to design refresher programs based on recurring issues or skill gaps.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain call audit scorecards and dashboards.
Analyze trends in client communication quality and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Recommend process improvements to enhance overall customer experience and regulatory compliance.
