Quality Analyst – International Sales
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Process: International Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure quality and compliance standards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents.
Conduct call audits and prepare quality reports.
Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement strategies.
Track quality scores and support the team in achieving targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Experience as a Quality Analyst in an International BPO/Sales process.
Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of call monitoring and quality parameters.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to provide effective feedback and improve agent performance.
