Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase planning, price negotiation, order management, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Negotiate with vendors to achieve best price, quality, and payment terms.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Accounts, and other departments for smooth material movement.

Compare quotations and analyze price, quality, quantity, and delivery terms.

Monitor purchase requirements and ensure materials are available as per business needs.

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, quotations, and vendor details.

Pay close attention to quantities, rates, calculations, specifications, and documentation.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop good relationships with reliable vendors.
