We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase/Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in B2B sourcing and vendor management. Candidate must have prior experience working on wholesale/B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, or similar portals.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end procurement for export-related materials
✔ Source and develop new vendors through B2B platforms
✔ Maintain strong vendor relationships
✔ Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions effectively
✔ Ensure timely material delivery as per production/export schedule
✔ Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
✔ Monitor stock levels & coordinate with internal teams
✔ Maintain proper documentation & procurement records
✔ Compare quotations and finalize cost-effective deals

🧠 Required Skills:
✔ Experience in B2B sourcing (IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.)
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✔ Good follow-up and coordination ability
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
✔ Understanding of export industry procurement (Preferred)
