Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements
Maintain and update vendor database and records
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials
Ensure proper documentation and filing of purchase records
Compare quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions
Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Willingness to travel for vendor visits and procurement activities
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in Purchase / Procurement
Basic knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes
Familiarity with Purchase Orders, quotations, and documentation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle and be willing to travel
