Purchase Executive

Sourcing executive for the purchase of waste/e-waste from MNC companies across Pan India, limited to MNC companies only.

• Sourcing Executive – MNC Waste & E-Waste Procurement (Pan India)

• Key Responsibilities

• Source waste and e-waste directly from MNC companies across Pan India.

• Identify and develop relationships with MNCs having regular scrap/e-waste disposal requirements.

• Handle procurement of IT assets, e-waste, electrical/electronic scrap, batteries, and other recyclable waste as applicable.

• Coordinate with corporate Procurement, Administration, Facility, IT Asset Management, EHS and Sustainability teams.

• Generate new MNC leads through direct outreach, references, tenders, RFQs and corporate vendor-registration processes.

• Obtain quotations/RFQs and negotiate buyback value, logistics, data destruction and recycling commercials.

• Coordinate site surveys, asset verification, pickup planning and documentation.

• Ensure required CPCB/EPR, recycling, data destruction and compliance documentation is provided to clients.

• Develop a Pan-India MNC client pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly procurement targets from MNC accounts.

• Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in e-waste, scrap procurement, recycling, waste management or corporate sourcing.

• Existing contacts/network in MNCs and large corporate organizations will be highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of corporate procurement and vendor onboarding.

• Good negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to travel across India when required.

• Experience in e-waste/IT asset procurement and recycling would be an advantage.

• Important: The sourcing mandate should be clearly restricted to MNC companies only, excluding local traders, small businesses and individual scrap generators.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
