Identify and source suitable commercial shops in target markets.
Conduct market surveys to evaluate potential retail locations.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and developers.
Negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, deposits, and commercial conditions.
Coordinate site visits and evaluate locations based on footfall, visibility, accessibility, demographics, and competition.
Prepare location feasibility reports and financial analysis.
Work closely with the legal team to complete lease documentation and statutory approvals.
Coordinate with projects, operations, finance, and administration teams for store handover.
Maintain a database of available commercial properties and market rental trends.
Track competitor expansion and emerging retail opportunities.
Ensure timely completion of all documentation before store opening.
Achieve monthly and annual shop acquisition targets.
