🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives (Property Consultants) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for converting leads, conducting site visits, and closing property deals.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on potential leads from various sources (walk-ins, digital, referrals)

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features

• Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams for documentation

• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain CRM data and regular client follow-ups

• Participate in marketing events and promotional activities

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 9 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or direct sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

• Basic knowledge of local real estate market in Lucknow

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
