Key Responsibilities
Visit newly acquired properties and understand setup requirements.
Source and coordinate vendors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, civil, borewell, fabrication, and other required works.
Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize vendors.
Procure furniture, appliances, fixtures, and other materials required for property setup.
Monitor work progress through regular site visits.
Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues.
Verify quality of work before project completion.
Ensure every property is fully ready before handover for Airbnb operations.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in site execution, vendor coordination, procurement, construction, interiors, facilities, or property maintenance.
Strong network of local contractors and vendors is an advantage.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for reporting.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (if applicable).
