Promoter

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote products to customers at retail outlets, kiosks, or events.

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Create product awareness through demonstrations and presentations.

• Maintain product display and ensure cleanliness of the promotion area.

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the supervisor.

• Support in executing marketing activities and campaigns.

• Maintain stock levels and inform the team about replenishment needs.

• Build positive customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive selling skills

• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset

• Basic product knowledge (training will be provided)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Presentable and confident

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Experience as a promoter or in sales/marketing is an advantage

Work Schedule:

• Shift-based / Event-based (as per company requirement)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
