Promoter

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Store Promoter to represent our brand and increase awareness and sales at retail stores. You will engage with customers, explain product benefits, and help drive product visibility and footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote products to walk-in customers at retail outlets.

Explain product features and benefits clearly.

Maintain attractive product displays.

Conduct product demonstrations if required.

Distribute brochures or samples (if applicable).

Provide daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and footfall.

Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 12th pass. Graduate preferred.

Prior experience as a promoter, sales executive, or similar role is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, confident, and presentable.

Willing to stand for long hours and work in-store environments.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000/month (Depending on experience) + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational weekoff)
