Salary: ₹60,000–₹65,000 per month

## Job Summary

KL Steel Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an experienced and result-oriented Project Sales Manager with strong exposure to the Rolling Steel / Steel Pipe Manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for project-based sales, business development, client acquisition, institutional sales, and expanding the company's market presence.

## Key Responsibilities

- Handle project sales of H-Beam, Angle, Rolling Steel products and Steel Pipes.

- Generate new business from Builders, EPC Contractors, Infrastructure Companies and Industrial Projects.

- Develop relationships with Consultants, Architects, Purchase Heads and Project Managers.

- Handle tender enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Follow up for orders, deliveries and timely payments.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

## Qualification

- Graduate – Mandatory

- MBA in Marketing – Preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

## Experience Required

- 10–15 years of relevant Project Sales experience

- Experience in Rolling Steel / Steel Pipe Manufacturing is essential

- Strong exposure to B2B & Institutional Sales

- Experience handling project-based sales

- Experience with Builders, EPC, Infrastructure and Industrial clients preferred.
