Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Savings Account Opening

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end savings account opening campaigns (field and digital).

• Coordinate with partner banks to align on products, KYC norms, and operational SOPs.

• Deploy and manage field staff (FOS, Team Leaders, District Managers) across locations.

• Set daily/weekly targets for field teams and monitor their performance.

• Ensure 100% KYC compliance and zero-defect account openings.

• Track and resolve field-level issues, escalations, and documentation gaps.

• Maintain MIS dashboards and share regular reports with senior management and bank partners.

• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rejections.

• Liaise with internal departments (training, tech, compliance) for smooth operations.

• Conduct periodic field visits to review CSP/FOS performance and identify risks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business/Finance or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in field banking, fintech, or BFSI projects.

• Prior experience in savings account opening or BC (Business Correspondent) model or Store Onboarding preferred.

Skills Required:

• Team handling and project management skills.

• Strong knowledge of KYC, RBI compliance, and banking operations.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.
