Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Site Execution who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering branding, signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, and visual communication projects across India.
The role is execution-focused and requires strong site management capabilities, vendor coordination, client interaction, quality control, and project closure expertise.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple installation teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Manage end-to-end site execution of signage, branding, environmental graphics, and workplace branding projects.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, fabrication details, and installation methodologies before execution.
• Develop detailed project schedules and installation plans.
• Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics.
Site Management
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors at project locations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
• Ensure safe execution practices and compliance with client requirements.
Client Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact during project execution.
• Attend client meetings and project review calls.
• Provide regular progress updates and status reports.
• Manage client expectations and ensure successful project handover.
Vendor & Contractor Management
• Coordinate with fabrication vendors, logistics partners, electricians, scaffold providers, and installation teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Verify vendor bills and project-related expenses.
Quality Control
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections before project handover.
• Maintain Juxtapose quality standards across all sites.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project trackers, site reports, and installation photographs.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed before closure.
• Obtain client sign-offs and completion certificates.
Cost & Resource Management
• Monitor project budgets and site expenses.
• Optimize manpower utilization and project resources.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
• Experience in Signage, Branding, Interior Fit-Outs, Retail Branding, Environmental Graphics, or Architectural Signage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Understanding of fabrication materials such as:

• SS Letters
• LED Signage

• Knowledge of installation methodologies and site safety practices.
