Responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals and coordinating water and wastewater treatment projects, including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, and MBR systems. Manage the complete proposal process from enquiry analysis to quotation submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and technical specifications. Coordinate with the design, procurement, production, and site execution teams to ensure timely project execution and documentation. Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, project schedules, technical submittals, and progress reports. Communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors for approvals, clarifications, and project updates while maintaining quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Support project planning, material tracking, billing documentation, and final handover to ensure successful project completion. Tropicaal Waters India focuses on water and wastewater treatment solutions, including sewage treatment, RO systems, packaged drinking water plants, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams.

• Track project progress, materials, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and client submissions.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

• Ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and project closure.

• Support billing, material planning, and handover documentation.
