·         Greet customers in a friendly and courteous way on entry to the shop in order to ensure customers feel welcome and to contribute to a positive overall shoppingexperience

·         Be polite and friendly to customers at all times in order to support the achievement of the highest standards of customerservice

·         Serve customers efficiently and courteously on the shopfloor

·         Ensure the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at alltimes

·         Arrange and display products, in order to promotesales

·         Replenish stocks on the shop floor on an ongoing basis in order to ensure maximum range at alltimes

·         Ascertain customers wants or needs and recommend, select and help in order to meet their needs

·         Help customers try on supplements/sample if any available, and Nutrition value if required, in order to support their purchasedecision/s

·         Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices in order to ensure store policies are adhered to at alltimes

·         Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, preventing or handling these situations as far as possible in order to minimizelosses

·         As per requirements, compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments efficiently andcourteously

·         As per requirements, open and close cash registers, count money, separate charge slips, coupons and vouchers,balance
