Key Responsibilities:
Possess complete product knowledge of all two-wheeler models (engine specs, features, technology, performance, pricing, etc.).
Assist customers in understanding the product lineup, model comparisons, and best-fit solutions.
Support the sales team during high footfall periods or when required.
Conduct product briefings and assist in test rides.
Keep the team updated on new product launches and technical updates.
Ensure the showroom vehicles are properly displayed and up to date with the latest materials.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring product concerns to management.
