We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Executive to assist customers with product-related queries, troubleshooting, and guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Malayalam and a passion for helping customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with product-related questions.
Provide clear, accurate, and polite assistance regarding product usage, features, and troubleshooting.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, field support) for quick issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Guide customers through processes such as installation, activation, or service requests.
Maintain daily call logs and meet customer support performance metrics.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department as per guidelines.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement and maintain professionalism at all times.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).
Additional fluency in Tamil or English is a plus.
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
Basic understanding of customer service/product support operations.
Ability to troubleshoot simple product issues and explain solutions clearly.
Basic computer skills—MS Office, CRM tools preferred.
Ability to handle high call volume with a positive attitude.
