Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Setup & Sales Readiness
Oversee the physical setup of the pre-launch site, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Audit availability and placement of all printed materials, including joining forms, rate cards, receipts, and promotional items.
Verify marketing and branding displays (flexes, stands, signage) as per company SOPs.
2. Team Enablement & Sales Planning
Conduct pre-sales training sessions and product briefings for sales and front desk teams.
Share and standardize reporting formats such as DSR, client allocation sheets, and day-end summaries.
Allocate individual and team-wise sales targets based on projections and capacity.
3. Marketing Implementation & Verification
Verify on-ground execution of location-specific marketing plans.
Audit survey-based strategies, high-footfall marketing zones, and promotional activities.
Monitor pre-launch marketing activities including canopies, local tie-ups, and leaflet distribution.
4. Lead Management & System Checks
Ensure all inquiries, trials, and conversions are accurately recorded in the CRM/software.
Audit joining forms, receipts, and client data for accuracy and compliance.
Support branch staff in maintaining updated lead databases and follow-up systems.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Lead Generation
Initiate and manage barter tie-ups with local businesses (cafés, salons, PGs, educational institutes, etc.) for visibility and lead generation.
Track performance of partnerships and modify strategies based on ROI and results.
6. Reporting & Communication
Maintain a structured visit plan and share it with the reporting manager in advance.
Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports post-branch visits, covering completed tasks, identified gaps, solutions, and team feedback.
Educate branch owners and managers on analyzing reports, client allocation, and sales tracking.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes in the fitness/service industry.
Excellent training, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and audit-based approach to operational efficiency.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and report management.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple pre-launch sites efficiently.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, gym launches, or sales operations.
Prior experience in the fitness, retail, or service industry preferred.
