Job description- Pre-Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle Inbound calls and make outbound calls,
Tele calling to potential customers and pitch for sales
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain regular follow up with client
MIS report on weekly & monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate.
Must know how to use office machinery like a computer, laptop, etc.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer oriented and professional attitude.
Building and managing relationships with clients.
Basic understanding of the real estate.
Pleasing personality.
