Job Description: Sales support executive will be responsible for provide administrative and managerial support for the field sales staff or technical sales for responding to inquiries via phone and email, escalating complex issues to other departments, monitoring support queues, and contributing to process improvements to enhance the seller experience and maintain high performance standards. Identify the prices, make quotations, send quotes and follow-up, making invoices and sending to customers and follow up for recovery and support the prospective and existing customers by providing relevant information, provide feedback to the in-house team, will do appropriate documentation and coordinate.

Key Skills:
· Minimum one year experience in back-office sales
· Support for customer orders, account status and relevant problems
· Providing data and guides to help the sales team
· Issuing quotations, sharing Performa invoices, booking orders
· Proficiency in MSO, Proficiency in MS Excel and Ms Power point, internet search.
· Ability to analyse relevant data and generate leads and reports for MIS every month based on different indicators
· Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills

Major responsibilities:
