Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to handle international clients via chat, manage customer queries, and promote digital marketing services. You will play a critical role in engaging leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound chats with international clients.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services .

• Follow up with leads via chat, email ensure conversion.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
