Pre-Sales Executive

You need to generate sales by interacting with our US based clients through Facebook chat where you'll be establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote our services

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales

• Understand client requirements and offer customized digital marketing solutions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain client records and sales activities in CRM

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

• Own vehicle preferred (if field work is involved)

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
