We are looking for a proactive and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to connect with domestic and international clients across multiple time zones. The role involves initiating conversations, understanding buyer requirements, and promoting our Indian ethnic wear collections to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Connect with potential B2B clients, buyers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across global markets.
Handle outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings aligned with different international time zones.
Present and promote Indian ethnic wear products including sarees, lehenga choli, salwar suits, kurtis, sherwani, kurta pajama, etc.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product collections.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for deal closures.
Maintain CRM records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
Share product catalogs, pricing, MOQ details, and company credentials with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Participate in sales strategy meetings and provide market feedback.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Additional language skills are a plus.
Confident in client interaction, cold calling, and relationship building.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts to cover global markets (Middle East, Europe, USA, etc.).
Basic knowledge of fashion or ethnic wear preferred.
Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and MS Office.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
