CTC: ₹1.44–₹2.04 LPA + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
Qualify leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and explain ScaleMate's services.
Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and call records.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.
Achieve monthly business-generation and performance goals.
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development / Pre-Sales is preferred.
Candidates without sales experience must have excellent communication and convincing skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
