Requirement: Presales Executive (Kharghar)
For Builders & Developers.

Exp: 1 to 3 Years

Proposed CTC: Upto 3.6 LPA

Time: 10 to 6:30

JD-

• Contact prospective customers who have shown interest in the project.

• Explain project details including location, pricing, configurations, and amenities.

• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and requirements.

• Schedule site visits for interested customers.

• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM.

• Follow up with leads to encourage site visits.

• Support the closing team with customer coordination.
