Job Description

We are a reputable real estate development company based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, dedicated to build quality residential and commercial projects. We seek a self-motivated and articulate individual to join part of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in lead management and qualification. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead Management and Qualification: Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, website forms) and qualify leads based on set criteria (budget, timeline, requirements).

  2. Communication: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with prospects.

  3. Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate project details, features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers.

  4. Scheduling: Efficiently schedule site visits and meetings for the Sales Manager/Team.

  5. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate and timely information on all lead interactions and status.

  6. Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and call activities.

  7. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing initial queries professionally and promptly.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Female

  • Age: 20 - 28 years

  • Education: PUC and above (Any Stream)

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. The candidate must be articulate, persuasive, and professional on the phone and in correspondence.

  • Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales is highly preferred. Candidates with strong communication skills from related fields may also be considered.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a professional phone etiquette, customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: Competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill set.

  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month.

  • Benefits: Statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Medical Insurance.
