Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team for handling pre-approved personal loan processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in the BFSI/loan sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for pre-approved personal loans
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility to customers
Assist customers in completing the loan application process
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for closures
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Provide good customer service and maintain professional communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of personal loans or telecalling preferred
Willingness to work in a target-based environment

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
