Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving

customer engagement and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong

communication skills in English, {other languages known should be hindi and marathi} along with a

minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in reputed organizations.

Experience in real estate sectors is MANDATE.

Key Responsibilities:

 Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries thru tele-zoho

software.

 Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.

 Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

 Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.

 Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.

 Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.

 Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.

Key Requirements:

 Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.

 Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed real estate only

organization.

 Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate.

 Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.

Preferred Qualification:

 Bachelor’s Degree/ under-graduate or related field.
