Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Pune Sales Office. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads/database.

• Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers clearly.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs.

• Generate and qualify interested leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

• Maintain accurate lead details and call records in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.

• Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, follow-ups, leads, and site visits.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.

• Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.

• Prior real estate/telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
