Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Follow up with prospective clients
Maintain and update lead details in internal systems
Support client onboarding process
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Maintain basic reports and follow-up records

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to work from office (Koramangala, Bangalore)
