Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales process by connecting with potential customers, coordinating property visits, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls
Understand basic customer requirements and provide relevant information about services
Schedule property inspections/visits for the field team
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of visits
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Share service details, proposals, and offers with property owners as per company guidelines
Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer interaction, tele-calling, or sales support roles
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic understanding of customer handling and coordination
Comfortable with making calls and managing follow-ups
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus)
