RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and online portals.

· Calling potential leads sourced from online portals and distributing relevant leads to sales representatives.

· Ensuring that quotations and order acceptances are promptly sent to all customers.

· Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

· Ensuring prompt response to customer’s queries

· Increasing the volume of relevant enquiries
